Nutrition is synonymous of: calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, salts mineral, vitamins, etc.. Adequately combined they offer the fundamental support for our life and wellbeing. In fact food incorporates elements which work in a beneficial way for our body, in particular micronutrients, which are often considered a sort of elisir.

Starting with Iatrophysics then with Macrobiotics and Neutraceutical Dietary, scientific interest in food intake in the last decades was decisively stressed, giving especially attention to energizing, mineralizing and anti-oxidant components of food.
